How to remove your data from Storymode
Delete your account yourself (immediate)
Signed-in users can delete their account and every piece of data attached to it from Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. This removes your profile, brands, projects, generated reels, connected social accounts, schedules, and usage history immediately and permanently. It cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you can't sign in, email support@storymode.ai from the address on the account with the subject “Delete my data”. We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days, then confirm by reply.
Deletion requests from connected platforms
If you connected a social account (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube) and requested data deletion through that platform, the platform notifies us automatically. We delete the data linked to that connection and issue a confirmation code you can check on this page. These requests are honored within 30 days.
What we delete
Everything tied to your account: identity and login records, brand profiles extracted from your website, generated scripts and videos, posting schedules, social-account connections and their access tokens, usage counters, and analytics events. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be retained. Invoices are kept where required by law.
